BAKED TOMATOES WITH ENGLISH PEAS 
1 oz. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. defrosted peas
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. muenster cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
6 tomatoes, halved and scooped out (save the insides for soup)

Melt butter and add onion, saute until transparent. Add peas and salt. Take off heat and add cheese and bread crumbs. Fill tomatoes and put in dish. Top with small slices of cheese and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
