CHINESE SPARERIBS 
4 lb. spareribs
3 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chicken broth
4 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. MSG (optional)
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. red color (optional)

Marinade overnight or longer. Grill as far from coals possible, brown just before serving.
