BRANDY VELVET 
1/2 c. brandy
1/4 c. cold strong coffee
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 qt. coffee ice cream
Chocolate syrup for top

Combine brandy, coffee, chocolate syrup and softened ice cream in blender. Blend at medium speed just until thoroughly mixed. Pour into parfait glass and freeze until firm. Before serving drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Let stand out of freezer a few minutes before serving. Serves 6.
