COURVOISIER BRANDY MELON 
1 sm. watermelon
1/2 c. syrup from preserved ginger
1/2 c. brandy
1/2 pt. thick cream
White grapes
Cherries
Almonds
Cashews

Cut melon in half. Scoop out the flesh, remove seeds and dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Pour ginger over melon cubes and let stand for awhile. Whip cream until very stiff. Add brandy, grapes, cherries, chopped almonds and cashews. Place melon cubes in melon shells and add cream mixture. Serves 2.
