8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 c. grated sharp cheese, room temp.
1 tbsp. Apple Jack brandy
Chopped pecans, to roll the ball in

Beat together the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and the brandy. Chill until firm enough to handle. Roll in chopped pecans.
