BOILED POT PIE 
1 lg. cut up stewing chicken (or beef)
5 lg. potatoes, sliced thickly
3 lg. onions, sliced thickly
Salt and pepper
Pot pie square noodles

Place pieces of chicken in bottom of large kettle. Then a layer of potatoes and onions, season. Place noodle squares on top of potatoes and onions. Repeat layering process, having dough squares as top layer. Add water to cover halfway to top of contents, cover tightly. Cook over low heat until chicken is done. Add parsley flakes.

POT PIE NOODLES:

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Mix - roll - cut in 2 inch squares.
