HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian or Chinese vegetables
1 (8 oz.) pkg. rice or egg noodles

Brown hamburger in vegetable oil, add diced onion, cook until soft. Add frozen vegetables and add stewed tomatoes (break up tomatoes with fork). Add 1/2 to 1 can of water. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
