GROUND BEEF STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 pack frozen corn
1 pack frozen black eye peas
5 white potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 pack frozen peas
2 (8 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onions until done. Add all ingredients in a large soup pot. Cook 1 hour. Serve with crackers or your favorite bread.
