UNCLE WILLY'S APPLE PIE 
FILLING:

1 pt. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 lb. McIntosh apples

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 1/3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Line 10 inch pie plate with pastry. Leave high rim.

Mix filling. Add apples and turn into pie shell.

Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Mix topping and spread evenly over hot pie.

Return pie to oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Chill and serve.
