CRUNCHY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 can white corn 1 can French cut green beans 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 can celery soup 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 box small Ritz bits, crushed 1 pkg. slivered almonds 1/2 c. melted butter Mix all the above ingredients together except the Ritz bits, almonds and butter. Put the rest into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Drain beans and corn first. Put crackers, then nuts, then butter on top of previous ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
