CRUNCHIE CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. butter
1 can cream corn
2 tsp. chopped pimiento
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions (sm. can)

Saute green pepper in butter until soft. Add corn, pimiento, eggs and half of onions. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle remaining onions on top, bake 5 more minutes.
