GRANDMA WOLF'S QUICK DOUGH NUT
ROLLS
 
1 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
8 c. flour
2 eggs (save white for top)

NUT ROLL FILLING:

6 c. ground walnuts
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar

Heat milk and add sugar. Stir until dissolved and nuts mix well. Mix dough like for pie, butter, flour, sugar, and add egg yolks, yeast and milk, mix well. Divide dough into 8 balls. (Take 1 ball, roll out and fill with nut mixture.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8 nut rolls.
