CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream-style corn
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar

Add sugar, flour, salt and pepper to can of corn. Beat egg yolks. Add milk and melted butter. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg whites. Pour into buttered baking dish. Set in hot water.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until set and lightly brown.
