CHOP SUEY SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach
Lettuce
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Tear spinach and lettuce into large bowl. Add noodles, sprouts, chestnuts, and chopped eggs. Crumble bacon over all. Add desired amount of dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, chopped
