CHOPPED SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. chopped spinach, room temperature
4 green onions, chopped or 1 lg. onion
1 lemon Jello, large
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. Hellmanns mayonnaise
1 pt. cottage cheese, large curd
Salt to taste

Mix Jello and hot water, then cold water. Mix spinach, cottage cheese and mayonnaise and add to Jello. Pour in 9 x 12 saucepan and chill.

Serve on lettuce leaves with equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream over top. Serves 9-10 people.
