ZESTY GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 c. hot cooked green beans

Combine mustard, sugar, butter, salt. Heat slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice and vinegar. Pour over the green beans and heat thoroughly. 6 servings.
