GREEN AND GOLD SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.) or 1 can peas, drained (8 oz.)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Salad greens (optional)

Rinse frozen peas under cold water to separate, drain. Mix peas, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Serve on salad greens if desired. Makes 4 servings.

This works best with frozen peas.
