GREEN GOLD SALAD 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas
1/2 c. natural Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. mustard

Crisp salad greens. Rinse peas with small amount of cold running water to separate and remove ice crystals. Drain and mix all ingredients except salad greens. Serve on greens.
