ABSENT COOK STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
4 potatoes, quartered
3 carrots, cut in 1 inch slices
1 med. onion, sliced
1 bay leaf, break into 4 pieces

Put into casserole. Mix 1 can Campbell's tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over casserole and bake at 250 degrees over 5 hours.
