Place frozen pot roast in electric skillet and fill skillet almost to top with water. Add 1 sliced onion and 1 tablespoon A-1 sauce. Simmer for 1 hour. Meanwhile, peel and cut 6 medium potatoes into fairly big chunks. Set aside.
Also clean and slice 6 large carrots and 3 or 4 stalks of celery. Add to potatoes already cut. When meat has cooked, turn over in skillet and add potatoes, carrots and celery. Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook additional 1 hour. This is a good meal because it has no added fats or shortening.
