APPLE CRISP 
Fresh, frozen or canned apples
2 c. 100% Quaker cereal
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Salt
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Cloves

Lightly grease medium sized Pyrex baking dish. Place apples in dish. Mix flour and water; pour over apples. Sprinkle small amount of salt over apples. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves over apples to suit your taste. Mix cereal, brown sugar and melted butter together. Spread over apples. Bake on High in microwave for 15 minutes. Turn once during baking. Or bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
