APPLE OR CHERRY CRISP PIE 
2 cans apple or cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
2 sticks melted butter

Pour pie filling into 11 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake mix and nuts. Pour over filling. Drizzle melted butter over dry mix. Bake at 400 degrees until brown (30-45 minutes). Serves 10-12. Easily divided recipe in half for smaller pie. Wonderful if served with vanilla ice cream.
