CREAMY PEACH PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello peach gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) peach ice cream
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 baked 8 inch pie shell, cooled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream. Stir until melted. Combine milk and pudding mix in small mixer bowl. Beat at low speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add gelatin mixture; whip until thick and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell and chill for 2 hours.
