POTATO STICKS WITH CHEESE 
1/2 (32 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida French fried potatoes
1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. corn oil butter
1 c. cubed American process cheese

Arrange potatoes in well-greased shallow baking dish. Pour evaporated milk over potatoes. Dot mixture with butter. Cut cheese into small cubes. Sprinkle cheese cubes over potato mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven, for 40-50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Transfer to serving dish. Serve warm. Yield: 4 servings.
