POTATO CHEESE STICKS 
3 med. to lg. size potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise, then cut each quarter into 3 pieces (potatoes can be peeled or use with skins). Dip in melted butter, then in mixture of other ingredients. (To make it easier, I put all the dry ingredients in a plastic bag and drop the dipped potatoes in the bag and shake.)

Lay in single layer on shallow baking pan. Pour any remaining liquid over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender. Could also be used as an appetizer.
