CHEESE POTATO STICKS 
4 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. butter
Onion salt
Paprika
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Scrub the potatoes without peeling. Cut into strips slightly larger than for French frying. Soak in ice water thirty minutes, drain and dry.

Preheat oven to hot, 450 degrees.

Arrange a single layer of potatoes in a shallow, greased baking pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with onion salt and paprika.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally until the potatoes are crisp and browned on the outside but still tender on the inside. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, shaking the pan so that the potatoes are evenly coated. Serve hot.
