PORK AND NOODLES 
1 1/2 lb. pork, ground (may use sausage)
1 lb. Tillamook or Longhorn cheese
1 sm. pkg. noodles
1 to 2 cans tomato soup

Season meat with onion salt and sage. Place in baking dish. Add grated cheese and uncooked noodles in layers until used up. Pour soup over the top, covering completely. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.

Serves 6 to 8.
