MOCK CABBAGE ROLLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, minced
1 med. green pepper (optional)
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:

3 cans tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. granulated sugar

Mix meatballs ingredients together and form into meatballs. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
