PEACH - BLUEBERRY CRUMB PIE 
9" unbaked pie shell
1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced peaches
1 1/2 c. blueberries, washed & cleaned
1 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter

Mix pie ingredients together and put into a 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Mix topping ingredients and spread over pie and bake at 425 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until juice bubbles through. Let cool. Serves 6-8.
