BEEF PAPRIKA 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lb. chuck beef (1/2" cubes)
1 c. sliced onion
1 clove garlic
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. water (optional)
2 tbsp. flour (optional)
1 can tomato sauce (optional)
Egg noodles

Heat vegetable oil. Add meat, onion and garlic. Stir until browned. (May sprinkle meat with flour first.)

Add rest of ingredients; simmer 2-3 hours. Blend flour and water. Add to meat mixture to thicken, if desired. Serve over noodles.

Wonderful to make ahead and freeze.
