GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8-10 boiled, diced potatoes
8-10 slices fried bacon (drain and break)
1 onion (sliced)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. parsley
Flour (to thicken gravy)

In bacon grease, cook 1 onion until tender. Add sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, water and parsley. Add flour until gravy thickens. Mix with potatoes and bacon. Serve hot.
