1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (any flavor)
60 Ritz crackers
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding (dry, any flavor)

Mix together crushed Ritz crackers and 2 boxes of instant pudding sprinkled dry over soft ice cream in a bowl. Pour in a 9"x13" pan, set in refrigerator until set about 1 hour. You can put Cool Whip over the top when ready to serve. This can be kept in the refrigerator a couple of days. The pudding keeps it from melting.
