MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 eggs 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (1 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9x13 inch greased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°F. Cool cake and frost. |
