CRAB DIP 
1 lb. crab meat (body) - (check for shells)
1/2 block mild Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. French dressing
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1/4 tsp. pepper (to taste)

Mix well - chill - serve with crackers. Enjoy!!
