GREEN BEAN SALAD | |
1 1/2 lbs. green beans 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. basil 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 tomatoes, cut up 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing Cook green beans until tender. Drain and cool. Combine salt, garlic, and basil and toss with beans. Place half of the beans into a bowl, sprinkle with half of the remaining vegetables. Repeat layers and pour dressing on top. Allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. |
