PAT-IN-THE-PAN PIE CRUST | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. soft butter 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Heat oven to 400 degrees. With hands, mix all ingredients to a soft dough. Press firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of 9 inch pan. Do not press on rim. Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown. |
