ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Drain juice from artichoke hearts into pan. Chop hearts and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in juice until onion is clear. Beat eggs in bowl, add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco. Stir in cheese, chopped artichokes and onion mixture. Turn into prepared 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, cut into squares. Serve cold or reheat for 10 minutes.
