ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes or orange Jello
2 boxes tapioca pudding
3 c. water
1-2 cans mandarin oranges as desired
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello, tapioca pudding and water in saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickening begins. Remove from heat and cool. Then add oranges and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until served.
