OYSTER SAUCE 
1/2 bottle catsup (lg. size)
1 tsp. Texas Pete
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
(3 tbsp. water if needed)

Put all ingredients in a quart jar. Shake well. Heat when needed. Add 2 tablespoons butter when heated.
