OYSTERS WITH KETCHUP SAUCE 
3/4 - 1 lb. oysters

MARINADE:

1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. ginger juice
2 tsp. sake
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

SAUCE MIX:

4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

Wash oysters in salted water and parboil.

Marinate oysters for about 30 minutes.

Make sauce mix.

Brown both sides of oysters in frying pan. Pour sauce mix over oysters and stir-fry.
