MICROWAVE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 jar maraschino cherries
2 sliced bananas (opt.)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (7 oz.) can pineapple chunks

Drain juice from pineapple and stir in pudding (must equal 1 cup. If not enough pineapple juice you can make up the rest with orange juice.) Microwave uncovered 3 to 4 minutes or until it boils. Stir twice during this time. Add drained pineapple, cherries and oranges. Refrigerate until 1 hour before serving. If using bananas, stir in before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
