6 med. size sweet potatoes (cooked)
6 slices pineapple (cut in halves)
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and arrange potatoes and pineapple in baking dish. Heat pineapple juice, brown sugar and butter and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over sweet potatoes and pineapple and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
