1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. cold water
2 c. boiling water
Sm. screw top jars

Add 1/4 cup cold water to gelatin. Set aside.

Mix 3/4 cup cold water with cornstarch in saucepan and stir to a smooth paste. Slowly stir boiling water into cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium heat. Stir mixture constantly until it boils and is clear. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Divide into jars and add coloring (food coloring or fruit drink powder).
