COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2-3 lb. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 bottle guava jelly
1 bottle cocktail sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste

In large soup pot, melt jelly, cocktail sauce and cayenne over low heat, stir occasionally. Combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs and water. Form into small balls and drop into sauce. Cook over low heat for 1 hour.

Can also be made and served in a crock pot for parties or over rice as a main dish.
