COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

SAUCE:

12 oz. bottle chili sauce
10 oz. jar apple jelly

Mix all ingredients (except sauce) thoroughly. Roll into 1" balls, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain and put meatballs in crock pot or large saucepan. In separate pan, beat the chili sauce and apple jelly over low heat until the jelly has melted. Pour over meatballs. Simmer for 1/2 hour and serve.
