QUANTITY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 1/2 gal. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. oregano
1/2 c. chili powder
3/4 c. dried onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs - powdered

If you want extra spicy, use hot chili powder and some Tabasco sauce.

BBQ SAUCE:

2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. paprika
1 c. chili powder
1/3 c. garlic powder
1/2 c. honey
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1 to 2 lg. onions, chopped
1 1/4 gal. catsup
1 c. Realemon juice
Can add 1/4 gal. water

Makes 2 gallons.

Simmer until done. Can freeze in small batches if desired.
