CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 (17 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar and milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, walnuts, vanilla and butter. Stir until all is melted and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool overnight before cutting. Makes 5 pounds.
