SHRIMP PLATE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
3 oz. cream cheese
1 bottle chili sauce

Soften cream cheese and spread on a large dinner plate. Pour chili sauce (enough to cover) over cream cheese. Put 1/2 to 3/4 of the shrimp on chili sauce. Dip with Ritz crackers.
