CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, simmered with bay leaf and cooled in own broth
2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cook broccoli for 3 minutes. (Do not over cook). Drain and place in bottom of casserole. Cube chicken and place on top of broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.

TOPPING:

Sprinkle 1 cup of stuffing mix over top - dot generously with butter. Grate cup of cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees until heated all the way through.
