CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts
2 pkgs. broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper and lemon juice (to taste)
Milk if needed for thinning
Bread crumbs
Shredded cheese

Boil, skin and debone chicken. Place cooked and drained broccoli in dish, cover with chicken and soup and mayonnaise and lemon and milk. Add cheese and bread crumbs. (I mix the above ingredients then stir in chicken and broccoli mix, before adding cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees until golden brown.
